If you are a brand owner you can contact us using our contact page or send us email with the details of your products including prices. Our Inspection team will contact you. If your products meet the quality requirements we may make an agreement with your brand.
We have separate catalogues for Customers and Retailers. If you are an approved reseller of Unmiri.com You should have access to our wholesale catalog with wholesale process. If you are customer you can purchase products using unmiri.com.
Each time a customer retailer places an order our products, we’ll send you an email with the order details. Additionally, you’ll be able to review the order details in your order page.
We always take 5-10 days for domestic shipping and 10-17 days for international shipping. If you need it fast you should pay an expedited shipping charge when you order products.
If order is broken in transit you should email us at support@unmiri.com within the 5 working days of receiving the item or delivered to you. We will investigate the issue and take steps to issue a full refund. We may ask for some documents related to damage and delivery if needed.
